You may cancel your order at any time prior to goods being dispatch. All cancelled orders prior to dispatch, will be refunded in full.
Products that have been dispatched we are unable to cancel and will be subject to the returns policy.
Bespoke Orders – you will be able to cancel your order prior to manufacturer and a full refund will be processed. However if we have started the manufacturer or ordered specific fittings for your build (PVC Windows/Doors) of your bespoke order you will not be able to cancel your order.
The Seller will not accept returns or cancellations if the Goods have been altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering or customising the Goods in any way or doing anything that could be deemed to be an act of the Buyer accepting the Goods as his or her own.
The Buyer must keep any Goods he or she intends to return to the Seller in good condition. The Goods must be returned in the same condition as the condition in which they were delivered.
If Goods are delivered flatpacked they must be returned in the same condition including complete disassembly. Care must be taken to ensure that Goods returned are packed well to avoid damage or loss in transit.
Goods returned which cannot be sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refunds given.
You may return Goods to Us in person during Our business hours of Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm or you may return them by post to 12-22 Cedarhurst Rd, Castlereagh, Belfast BT8 4RH
You are solely responsible for the cost of returning Goods to Us. You may request that We collect the Goods from you. Please ensure that the Goods are ready for collection at the agreed time and location.
We may charge you for collecting Goods. Refunds or replacements will be issued to you within 10 working days of Our receipt of the Goods.
